Cash grants for shared services centers and BPO available now!

Currently a new EU cash grant application round for creation or extension of shared services centers and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in Poland has been launched. These funds are available from the Operational Program Innovative Economy (OP IE)measure 4.5.2. The application round will be open until the budget of EUR 240 000 000 is used up.

The application process for grant funding of innovative investments in Poland under the framework of the Structural Funds for 2007 – 2013 will shortly commence. Companies will be able to apply for grant funding of investments that are aimed at introducing practical uses of innovative technologies.

One of the most important EU priorities is the modernization of the food and agriculture sector. This is being realized with the help of financial support from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). In Poland the EAFRD is funding the Programme for the Development of Rural Areas (PROW) for the years 2007 – 2013. An invitation for food processing businesses and wholesalers to apply for assistance from the PROW will be announced soon.
