How can we help?
The emergence of a free market economy in 1989 completely transformed the business environment in Poland. The growing number of M&A deals coupled with the privatization and restructuring of Polish state owned enterprises has created a large number of opportunities for Corporate Finance. In response to market developments and the needs of our clients our focus now is to develop deeper industry knowledge and specialization. We strive to provide our services on an international basis and on cross border transactions we work closely with our counterparts in other countries.
In Poland among our clients are:

In Poland among our clients are:
- Foreign companies considering acquisitions of targets located in Poland. The Polish economy is steadily becoming more and more integrated with the foreign direct investments resulting in a growing number of cross-border transactions.
- Companies seeking investors or considering the disposal of their business. Over the last decade Polish private sector has experienced fast growth, particularly in respect of small and medium size enterprises. Many Polish privately owned companies require an injection of technology, know how and/or capital from investors in order to maintain their competitive position and high growth levels. Consequently they are seeking strategic or financial investors.
- The Polish Government and Polish state-owned companies. Poland is shifting from an era in which the government had significant influence and control over the strategic sectors of the economy towards free market, competition and deregulation. This transformation process has resulted in a relatively large number of privatization and restructuring projects.
