Knowledge Management
In Knowledge Economy, knowledge is the most valuable asset and the only
source of sustainable competitive advantage. Increasingly, what organizations
know determines the degree of business success. The question we need to
face now is how to turn the vision into reality: how to make optimum use of
the knowledge that the organization possesses and how to turn this knowledge
into lasting value.
KPMG developed a holistic approach to knowledge management integrating strategic, operational and technological dimensions.
Our knowledge management services include:
KPMG KM Awareness & Educational Services

The aim is to introduce KM concepts and approaches in a client-specific manner and to initiate thinking about benefits associated with KM adoption; Tailored In-house Training/Workshop on KM models, methods, tools and techniques. This can be delivered to your company at any stage of an engagement to support KM implementation and change management efforts.
KPMG KM Assessment Services

KPMG KM Implementation Services
Our implementation services include the two main areas:
cultural/organizational/process change and support in technology implementation. The choice of the approach depends very much on the nature of the initiative to be implemented. It may take the form of purely organizational changes, sophisticated portal implementation, assistance with KM-supporting system selection or combination of the above.
KPMG Intangible Assets Valuation& Monitoring Services
The main considerations in this area are: the identification and quantification of intellectual assets; the identification and measurement of non-financial, knowledge-related key performance indicators; the development of a Balanced Scorecard and a management process to reflect, monitor and measure performance against these indicators; the use of the indicators in both the internal management of the organization and innon-financial reporting; taking action to improve performance against the indicators, to increase the contribution from knowledge assets and to increase the value of the business.
